The IT Help Desk Administrator Certification program provides you with the essential skills and certifications required to excel in an entry-level IT role. The bundle consists of CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+, which will prepare you for the corresponding exams. By the end of the program, you’ll know how to install, build, upgrade, repair and configure computers and how to troubleshoot, diagnose and prevent various technical problems. You’ll also have the knowledge needed to use and maintain a wide range of networking technologies and have proficiency in networking administration and support.

Upon completion of the program, learners will be prepared to take the CompTIA A+ 220-1101 and CompTIA A+ 220-1102 and Network+ N10-008 certification exams.
