The IT Support Professional Certification includes access to the CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ and CompTIA A+ programs. By earning your certificate, you will build the groundwork for increased earning potential and a long career in IT.

In the CompTIA Fundamentals of IT course, you’ll learn the basics of computer hardware, software, mobile computing, networking, troubleshooting and emerging technologies. After learning how to configure operating systems and networks, manage files and help users through various computer problems, you’ll be prepared to take the CompTIA IT Fundamentals certification exam.

The CompTIA A+ course will expose you to the technologies and skills you need to support a hybrid team’s hardware and software needs. Though technology is constantly evolving, earning your CompTIA A+ Certification will ensure you have the skills needed to keep up with the changes. You’ll learn to keep multiple operating systems running smoothly, manage risk, ensure compliance, perform software integration, implement cryptography, deploy new technology, and more. When you finish, you’ll be prepared for the CompTIA A+ exam.
