The IT Security Specialist certificate program will provide you with the knowledge and expertise required to secure networks, identify vulnerabilities, implement risk mitigation techniques, and ensure data privacy. As cybersecurity threats continue to evolve, you’ll learn important concepts such as network security, access control, cryptography, and threat management, which you’ll use to protect the organizations you work for.

At the conclusion of this course, you’ll be prepared to take the CompTIA Security+ Exam SY0-601 to earn your national certification. Once certified, you’ll be qualified for a wide range of cybersecurity roles, including security administrator, security specialist, and security consultant.
